Throughout the year, Goodpasture provides a number of fundraising opportunities in which its families may choose to participate. Each fundraising program earns the school a percentage portion of the sales. This money is used to purchase a variety of necessary school supplies and equipment in order to enhance the educational experiences of students at all grade levels.
To kick off the school year, students sell City Saver books. The City Saver is a discount program that offers significant discounts and savings at numerous area businesses. The City Saver discount program includes a book and app with discount offers good for seventeen months (August to December the following year).
Goodpasture purchases gift cards at a discount through United Scrip for use at over 400 local and national vendors. The school then sells the gift cards at face value while keeping a percentage of the sale of each card. Sales of the gift cards take place in November and December providing familes with the opportuniy to take advantage of the giving of gift cards as Chrismas gifts.
Elementary students look forward each February to Goodpasture's annual magazine fundraising sale. While magazines may be purchased throughout the year with a percentage going to the school, it is during the two week sale period that students are encouraged to sell magazines and prizes are awarded.
